We are introducing a new user permission: “Can only manage closed periods.” This permission lets you grant property owners access to the calendar to manage closed periods while restricting access to sensitive data. The feature rollout has begun this week and will be available in your account soon.

- Owners can view the calendar, check availability, and manage closed periods without accessing daily rates, guest details, or financial data.
- Sensitive information and booking options are hidden, ensuring secure and limited access.
How it works
When this permission is enabled:
- Guest details, daily rates, and booking options are restricted.
- Access to the Dashboard and Reservations sections is removed.
- The calendar displays only availability and closed periods.
This feature allows account holders to collaborate easily with property owners while maintaining full control over private data.
